When you request a quote, book a vehicle, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — your name, phone number, email address, and booking details such as pickup location, dates, and vehicle preference. For self-drive rentals, we also collect the license and identification details required to hire the vehicle.
How we use it
We use your information solely to arrange your rental, coordinate with drivers or vehicle partners, respond to enquiries, and — if you opt in — send occasional travel tips by email. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Payment processing
Deposits and rental payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Smart Drive Nepal does not store your full payment card details on its own servers.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by contacting us.
